Anatomy Trains Structural Integration

Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (ATSI) is an active bodywork modality performed with movement by both the client and practitioner.

This work addresses the patterning that lives in your neuromyfascia, - other known as the connective tissue that affects the communication and relationships of your bones, muscles, and nerves.

I offer this type of therapy through either a 12-series or 3-series. The 12-series addresses each fascial line one session at a time (12 total) whereas the condensed 3 series addresses multiple fascial lines per session (3 total) for a more superficial approach.

Each session is up to 90 minutes in length. See the Resources or FAQ page for more information about ATSI and what to expect.

Heads Up Fascial Facial

The fascial you didn't know you needed or even existed! Make sure you have no place to go after this session where your hair needs to look anything other than a Texas beauty queen from the 1980's (whether you have hair or not!).

This personalized session is tailored around your scalp, face, ears, neck, shoulders and chest having huge health and wellbeing benefits, calming the mind, balancing tension and easing holding patterns. With a fascial (aka. connective tissue) and lymphatic focus you can unwind with the option of intra oral (inside your mouth) work if indicated.
