Hi, I'm Rachel Graham!
Let me tell you how my journey started.

My fascination with the human body began in 2004 when I trained as a Massage Therapist. Fresh out of school, I opened my practice in Tavistock, curious to see what a small rural town would bring. To my surprise, people arrived with a wide variety of injuries, conditions, and movement challenges—sparking a lifelong commitment to deeper learning.

Over the past 21 years, I’ve pursued extensive training in Esalen Deep Tissue, Core and Pelvic Floor Retraining, Foot Restoration, Fascia Stretch Therapy (Level 3 with Ann and Chris Frederick), and Doula work. In 2023, I returned to a book that had profoundly influenced me in college—*Anatomy Trains* by Thomas Myers—and began studying Structural Integration directly with Tom. This work became the keystone I’d been searching for, revealing the root causes of neuromyofascial pain and dysfunction while dramatically improving movement quality and body awareness.

My training has continued with a full human dissection under master anatomist Todd Garcia and Tom Myers, and most recently, the Functional Patterns Human Foundations course in San Diego, which deepened my understanding of natural human movement: standing, walking, running, and throwing.

Most recently in April 2026, I made a big move and relocated the majority of my practice to Calgary. I now practice from Evolve Strength Royal Oak in northwest Calgary, primarily offering Anatomy Trains Structural Integration series and session work as well as my new **Heads Up Fascial Facials**. I’m happy to say I’m also maintaining my Tavistock office and will be returning every few weeks for dedicated therapy weekends. These visits allow me to stay connected to the wonderful community where I built my practice and give my long-term clients the opportunity to continue working together.

This new chapter has brought fresh energy, resilience, and excitement to my work.

Lifelong learning is more than a passion for me—it’s a way of life. The greatest teacher in this regard was my mother’s passing in 2015, which taught me the preciousness of time and the importance of being fully present. I’m committed to soaking up every opportunity to grow, including upcoming advanced training with Tom Myers this summer in Maine.

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll likely find me foraging barefoot in the forest, moving my body daily (a non-negotiable), traveling, or building connection with people wherever I go. Real surfing is also high on my list—highly recommended!

I work with a wide range of clients—from children to seniors to professional athletes. Many come to me after trying numerous approaches without lasting results. Using an Anatomy Trains lens and blending all my tools and experience, I create tailored sessions that help people reclaim agency over their bodies, reduce pain, restore function, and move through life with greater ease and awareness.

If you’re ready to truly **Mind Your Movement**, I’d love to work with you.
