Anatomy Trains Structural Integration

Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (ATSI) is an active bodywork modality performed with movement by both the client and practitioner.

This work addresses the patterning that lives in your neuromyfascia, - other known as the connective tissue that affects the communication and relationships of your bones, muscles, and nerves.

I offer this type of therapy through either a 12-series or 3-series. The 12-series addresses each fascial line one session at a time (12 total) whereas the condensed 3 series addresses multiple fascial lines per session (3 total) for a more superficial approach.

Each session is up to 90 minutes in length. See the Resources or FAQ page for more information about ATSI and what to expect.

Fascia Stretch Therapy

FST (Fascia Stretch Therapy™) is an incredibly impactful and gentle fascial technique. Intended to be pain free, it can be used to ease the nervous system and mobilize your body mindfully with ease.

This technique was built upon a foundation of both helping all populations and athletes ease chronic pain caused by fascial restriction and dysfunction. This modality is a great compliment to both Massage Therapy and other manual modalities like Athletic Therapy or Chiropractic care.

I offer 60- or 90-minute sessions. See the Resources or FAQ page for more information about FST and what to expect.
